October 27, 2025– East Hartford, CT – Yankee Security Convention, a 501C3 charitable organization committed to the promotion and further education of the locksmith and security industry, and the longest-running and most respected locksmith and security trade event in the Northeast, has announced its 2026 show theme: “The Future Is Connected: Lock, Tech & Integration.”

The 46th Annual Yankee Security Convention will take place October 20–24, 2026, at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, bringing together locksmiths, security professionals, system integrators, and manufacturers from across the country.

This year’s theme highlights the convergence of traditional locksmithing, modern technology, and integrated security solutions—showcasing how these disciplines continue to evolve and expand the opportunities within the industry. From mechanical mastery to networked intelligence, the future of locksmithing and security is one of connection, collaboration, and innovation.

Yankee Security Convention, Inc., is a not-for-profit trade organization, formed in 1978 by a group of New England locksmiths. Through their dedication to the industry and a keen understanding that the region needed a venue to highlight the advancement of the trade, the first show was successfully held in Chicopee, MA.
